RESCRIPt-evaluate
This plugin essentially returns some capabilities that have recently been removed from the main RESCRIPt plugin. Specifically, these are `evaluate-cross-validate` and `evaluate-fit-classifier`. These actions support the ability to perform cross validation for reference sequence and taxonomy databases. This plugin depends upon the RESCRIPt plugin within QIIME 2, and is only intended for the `rachis-qiime2-*` branch.
